Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email todd@addongoods.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help make it right.

Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will let you know if the return is approved.
